The motto of the upcoming OPS CC = MC + AI² may seem confusing at first glance, but it is actually quite simple: Customer Centricity = Mass Customization + Artificial Intelligence and that is exactly what OPS 2025 will be all about.
In online print, customer centricity stands as a pivotal success factor. Those who drive the digital transformation forward with mass customization and artificial intelligence are paving the way for unparalleled success.
As last year, the OPS itself remains globally oriented and welcomes more and more international guests. But don’t worry, as always there will be simultaneous interpreters on site so that every participant can follow the presentations in their preferred language.
Following last year’s positive reception of the OPS Community, which is also the event app, we’ve continued its development to provide all participants with the chance to connect with speakers, partners, and fellow attendees before and after the OPS.

After verification, you will receive a confirmation of your registration and 2 weeks before the event starts you will get the ticket for the online print symposium.
Please note that the supporter packages can only be booked by print service providers (i.e. manufacturers of printed products) and not by suppliers. The tickets of a supporter package can only be allocated to persons of the booking company.

The Insight Pitches have been a fixed and popular part of the Online Print Symposium since 2022. This is because the OPS literally give innovative, up-and-coming start-ups a stage to present their fresh business ideas and models to a broad audience and make valuable contacts with the “big players” in the industry.
At OPS2025, six start-ups will have the opportunity to present their business model in a 10-minute pitch. To get one of the coveted places, interested companies should apply using the form provided and describe their business briefly and concisely.
